Shipping options
We want to ensure that your art prints get to you safely so this is why we send all of our orders out using signed for postage, this means you will receive your order 2-3 working days after dispatch. A signature is required with this delivery method giving us all peace of mind in knowing that you have received your order.

Returns
In the event that there is something wrong with your order, please allow us the chance to fix it. Please check your order when it arrives to ensure you have the correct items and there is no damage.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, so if you are unhappy with your item please contact us and we will do everything we can to ensure the problem is resolved. Once we have received the item you would like to return, we will inspect it and notify you if your refund has been accepted. We can then process your refund to the original payment method.

Nebula Illustrations reserves the right to deny requests for refunds if there is inadequate cause for the refund. Refunds can take up to 14 working days to return to your card, this excludes weekends and bank holidays.
